As the number of the data processed increases, the limitation of this approach is getting more obvious especially in terms of data management & query. Hence, it is difficult for Siemens Indonesia to acquire certain information about the training.

Objectives

Siemens Indonesia has a plan to develop a Training Management Tool in order to handle current training problems and improve their operational processes. Additionally, using the new system, it is expected that the management team could easily extract and maintain information about the training data.
